Did you book your flight and are now looking for a place to spend your nights? I’m currently offering great deals to stay at our place situated in a great location, San Lorenzo Place comes with a selection of amenities and provides guests with easy access to the city’s best sites.

Description 

Brand new fully furnished 1 or 2 Bedrooms condominium/apartment in Makati CBD (Central Business District), 26 or 38 sqm that can comfortably accommodate up to 5 guests with a possibility of folding beds for up to 2 persons at extra cost, 295 PHP/head. Please inform in advance if you need extra beds so we can provide them for you.

The space 

Facilities:  
Mirror wall in the living room, microwave oven with grill, standard size ref/freezer, 50" flat screen tv with sky cable channel, recliner chair, multi-mode lightning system: cool white, daylight & warm white. Adjustable hot or cold shower. 

Great city view from the 28th floor, nice location, close to shopping centers & restaurants, only 4 km to Manila International Airport. Good for solo adventurers, groups, couples, business travelers, and families with kids.  

Guest access 

Access to private parking at an extra cost of 300 php/24 hr. Available pay parking in the basement of San Lorenzo Place for guests without booked parking space. Garden, patio and jogging area, children’s playground, tennis court, and fitness center. 
Access to the rooftop/outdoor swimming pool costs 200.00 PHP per head to be paid to the host. 

Interaction with guests 

The guest is free to do what they want but guided tours are available at extra cost. Shuttle services are also offered. The property manager lives in the same place, just a phone call away. Contact no. will be given at check-in.

Laundry services are available on the ground floor at extra cost.

We are entrusting you with our home which will be your temporary home so please leave the place in the same condition as it was when checking in.

OPHIRIA RENTAL - House rules and guidelines  

1. Strictly No-Smoking inside the room. Anyone caught smoking inside the unit will be penalized a minimum of 5,000.00 PHP.  

2. Avoid frying dried fish or anything smells unpleasant. Always use the range hood when cooking, if possible close the bedroom doors.   

3. Avoid littering trash outside the unit, please use the trash-bins in the kitchen and another located inside the toilet and follow the garbage schedule as follows: Morning (7:00-8:00) and Evening (19:00-21:00).  Just place all the trash in a well-closed plastic garbage bags outside the main door at the scheduled garbage time.   

4. Visitors of the guest may stay visit, preferably not later than 11:00 PM. Additional charges for an extra person will be collected @295.00 PHP but not exceeding the maximal capacity of up to 7 persons. Always ask permission from the management if you are planning to invite friends and relatives to the apartment.  

5. Energy Saving: Please turn off the aircon, lights and unplug electrical connections of all appliances when not in use.   

6. Free Wi-Fi and Cable Internet are provided inside the unit. (Please ask for the password from the property manager).  

7. Always carry the authorization letter provided by the admin during the length of stay.   

8. Please use only soft house slippers in the apartment.   

9. The Use of Telephone Calls is limited to local calls only. Additional charges may apply for guest calling outside local areas.   

10. Daily cleaning may be requested at extra cost. Cleaning after every stay is included in your total price when you booked. Bedsheets and towels are changed free of charge on the third day of your stay. Please inform the management if you wish to change anytime at extra cost.  

11. House Party inside the unit is not allowed by the administrator. Drinking Alcoholic beverages or using prohibited drugs inside the unit is also strictly prohibited and punishable by law. Anyone caught doing these may be fined up to 20,000.00 PHP and subject to the immediate vacancy of the unit without any refunds and will be reported to SLP admin and to the nearest Police Station.   

12. A damage deposit of 5,200.00 PHP will be collected at check-in, refundable at check-out and subject for inspection.  Damage of furniture, fixtures, and appliances incurred during the length of the lease will be charged to the guest at the current market value of the damaged valuables.   

13. When checking out, please return the key to the property manager only or his representative after inspection, NO INSPECTION, NO CHECKOUT! Please inform the management if you are checking out earlier than our standard check-out time to book an early inspection.
